    The use of the page and/or its services implies the complete and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the General Conditions covered in these terms of use. Bookings made through the websites of our hotel chain OD-Hotels part of OD GROUP are made through an integrated hotel management system, through which various software have been licensed through third parties. Data confidentiality is guaranteed in full–both with regard to personal data and credit card details provided to guarantee a booking.

    Notwithstanding, clients who make a booking are informed that their personal data and booking details will be submitted to the companies that need to intervene in the management of the bookings and/or trips to the destination hotel, regardless of the country in which these companies are located which means this could imply the international transfer of data with the sole purpose of being able to manage and guarantee the booking.

    3.2 All confidential information sent is encrypted and, therefore, protects third parties from accessing it. All credit card information sent to GUARANTEE the booking and any other sensitive data is carried out through an internet security protocol SSL.

    3.3 Data protection. OCEAN HOTELES E INVERSIONES guarantees the protection and confidentiality of any personal data provided to us–whether it is our client’s, any other user’s or those who seek to access our job offers.

    All data provided by our clients to OCEAN HOTELES E INVERSIONES or its employees, will be included in an automated personal data file created and taken care of under the responsibility of OCEAN HOTELES E INVERSIONES SL (VAT number: B-59044834), company which operates commercially under the brand of OD-Hotels–which is the owner of this website, file which has been registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
